Modeling projects cover a wide range of domains including computer vision leveraging game video to detect and understand events, event detection using data collected from athlete-worn sensors, and generative AI solutions to support getting information to end users. You will build analytical tools that use machine learning and simulation to provide accurate injury risk assessment, identify injury risk mitigation strategies, and expose advanced analytic insights to end users. Senior Engineer I
Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in one of the interrelated disciplines of turfgrass science and/or management, sports biomechanics, or mechanical/electrical engineering. Demonstrated experience in scientific experiments, statistical data analyses, and academic manuscript writing is required. Research and testing experience with playing surfaces is preferred.
